- Assist Project Managers in the comprehensive planning, execution, and monitoring of telecommunications projects, with a specific focus on MRO and DMD initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project performance against established baselines, proactively identifying deviations in scope, schedule, and budget, and proposing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and dashboards to provide clear visibility into project status, risks, and resource utilization for all stakeholders.
- Manage project financial aspects, including budget tracking, cost control, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, cross-functional departments (e.g., finance, procurement), and external vendors to ensure seamless project flow.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project control processes, tools, and best practices to enhance overall project delivery efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a Project Controller, Project Coordinator, or similar project-oriented role, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) and DMD (Demand Management and Delivery) project frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget management, cost analysis, and financial reporting for projects.
- Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural, and fast-paced work environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
