Join Systra, a global leader in engineering and consulting for transport infrastructure, as a Project Controls and Estimating Engineer. This critical role will provide cost estimating, scheduling, quantity take-off, and project reporting support to ANZ bids and live projects. You will work under the guidance of senior project controls professionals to ensure accurate financial forecasting and efficient project execution.
As a Project Controls and Estimating Engineer, you will play a vital role in the planning, monitoring, and controlling of project costs and schedules. Your expertise will help Systra deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget, contributing to sustainable urban development across the Philippines and beyond.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software
- Analyze project costs and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Generate comprehensive project reports for stakeholders and management
- Support bid preparation by providing accurate cost and schedule information
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and budgets
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between design and cost estimates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project controls and estimating
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and project scheduling tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Certification in project management (PMP) or cost engineering (CCE) is a plus
