You will work at the heart of community transformation, collaborating directly with local government units, community leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure every project milestone is achieved on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of community development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress against established KPIs.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between internal teams, field officers, and external stakeholders (LGUs, partners).
- Prepare comprehensive status reports, presentations, and documentation for management and funding partners.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct field visits to monitor project implementation, gather feedback, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings, workshops, and community consultations.
- Manage project assets and resources efficiently to maximize impact and minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role, ideally within an NGO, development agency, or engineering context.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, strict deadlines, and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian principles and community development.
- Willingness to conduct regular field work in Calamba and surrounding areas.
