Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets using PM tools
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely project completion
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Support resource allocation and procurement coordination for project needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in energy or construction sectors
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards
