Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and risk assessments
- Resource allocation and team scheduling optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and cost control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination roles
- Strong proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure
- Knowledge of geotechnical engineering practices is advantageous
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred
