Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end project timelines for export/import shipments
- Manage customs documentation and compliance procedures
- Act as liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor logistics KPIs and report on project progress
- Resolve shipment delays and mitigate operational risks
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation systems
- Facilitate communication across international teams and partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 2+ years experience in project coordination or logistics management
- Proficient in export/import procedures and documentation (e.g., customs forms, bills of lading)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin advantageous for regional operations
