Tanggung Jawab
- Coach youth participants on entrepreneurship principles and professional skill development
- Manage program operations, logistics, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and reporting
- Facilitate workshops on life skills, business planning, and digital literacy
- Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies based on participant feedback
- Document program activities and impact metrics for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure all initiatives align with LP4Y methodology and organizational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in youth coaching or program coordination
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurship frameworks and pedagogical approaches
- Experience managing budgets and operational logistics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
- Knowledge of LP4Y methodology or similar youth development models
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
