Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily project workflows, ensuring all tasks align with the established construction timeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including site reports, budget tracking, and material logs.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and progress reports for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all construction sites.
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve bottlenecks and prevent project delays.
- Coordinate site meetings and record essential action items to keep the team aligned.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or site administration, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Possess a valid driverās license and willingness to travel to project sites when necessary.
