Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily electrical project activities to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and internal engineering teams to resolve technical blockers.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols (K3).
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for management, highlighting key metrics and potential risk factors.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are available and maintained according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage supply chain logistics for electrical components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, specifically within the electrical or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, systems integration, and industrial safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Tangerang Selatan area.
