Are you a detail-oriented design professional with a passion for project execution? Krea Kalyana Kaamita is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing interior design team in Jakarta. In this role, you will act as the bridge between creative vision and on-site reality, ensuring that our high-end interior projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of interior design workflows, construction site coordination, and vendor management. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality by managing project schedules, resource allocation, and cross-departmental communication.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all project phases from initial concept briefing to final on-site installation and handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are met within defined deadlines.
- Monitor site progress regularly, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing swift, effective solutions.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and design revisions.
- Supervise resource allocation, ensuring that equipment, materials, and labor are available when needed.
- Ensure all project outputs adhere to company quality standards and specific client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project coordination or site supervision within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction blueprints accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
