Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate infrastructure project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across engineering, procurement, and vendor teams
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables using project management methodologies
- Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Track resource allocation and budget compliance for infrastructure deployments
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks through proactive risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure infrastructure components meet quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in infrastructure/IT projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure components (network, cloud, hardware)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
