- Support budget tracking and financial reporting for assigned projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, JIRA)
- Strong understanding of toy design or animation production workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in PMP or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
