First Solution Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator / Project Leader to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of interior fit-out projects across residential, retail, and office environments.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between design concepts and on-site implementation, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end interior design project lifecycles, from planning and budgeting to final handover.
- Coordinate seamlessly between clients, internal design teams, and external contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor on-site progress, conduct regular site inspections, and manage quality control to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, material procurement plans, and progress reports.
- Solve on-site technical issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Supervise vendors and specialized subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed at project sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project coordination or site supervision, specifically within the interior design sector.
- Strong portfolio or project history demonstrating experience in residential, retail, and office fit-outs.
- Proficiency in design and management software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and client expectations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documents accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
