Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive quality assurance testing for mobile applications (iOS & Android) and web-based systems, ensuring adherence to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects and performance issues.
- Manage and track all software defects and enhancement requests using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) through to resolution.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring sign-off.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure smooth system implementation and deployment cycles.
- Prepare comprehensive test summary reports and provide quality metrics to project leadership to support data-driven decision making.
- Support the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile testing methodologies and quality assurance tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in QA testing or a Project Coordinator role within a software development environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with mobile application testing (iOS and Android) and web application testing.
- Proven experience in creating test cases, test plans, and bug reports using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail).
- Excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
