As a Project Coordinator (QA & Testing), you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects, with a specific focus on mobile application testing and quality assurance. We are seeking a candidate who can coordinate complex IT initiatives, meticulously track bugs, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee a seamless user experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Perform comprehensive testing of mobile applications and web-based systems to identify defects and usability issues.
- Track, log, and verify software bugs using issue tracking tools to ensure rapid resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth system implementation and deployment processes.
- Generate and maintain detailed project status reports and test documentation.
- Communicate project updates and quality assurance results to the management team effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator or in a QA Testing role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including black-box and white-box testing.
- Experience with mobile app testing (iOS and Android) and version control systems.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
