Join Private Advertiser as a Project Delivery Engineer and become the backbone of our engineering excellence initiative. In this dynamic role, you'll orchestrate the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery of complex engineering solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals, technical reports, and documentation to internal/external stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end project delivery lifecycle including planning, execution, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular updates and presentations
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation including scope statements and change orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in project delivery or engineering project management
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
