You'll contribute to the entire lifecycle of store development, from initial sketches and 3D renderings to construction oversight and final styling. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine retail design concepts, layouts, and visual merchandising strategies
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues
- Manage project documentation including timelines, budgets, and material specifications
- Research emerging design trends and incorporate innovative elements into retail environments
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, local regulations, and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail design or commercial space planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail in design execution
- Experience with construction documentation and site coordination
- Portfolio demonstrating retail design projects and creative problem-solving
