Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for new installations and capacity expansions
- Develop detailed plant layouts to maximize operational efficiency and workflow integration
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including schematics, specifications, and compliance reports
- Lead infrastructure readiness assessments for new projects and operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless engineering implementation
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for design alternatives
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and international engineering standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project design within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and engineering design tools
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems integration and industry best practices
- Experience with technical documentation and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
