Central Park Mall, one of Jakarta's premier lifestyle destinations, is seeking a meticulous and creative Project Design Officer to join our dynamic facility and development team. In this pivotal role, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that our aesthetic standards and functional requirements are met with precision. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into reality by conducting thorough site surveys, managing technical specifications, and overseeing the integration of design elements within our high-traffic retail environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys and field measurements to ensure design accuracy for all work orders.
- Analyze site conditions and provide detailed reports on material requirements for proposed design projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to verify material quality and installation feasibility.
- Develop and maintain technical design documentation, including floor plans, 2D/3D layouts, and material specifications.
- Monitor the progress of renovation or maintenance design tasks to ensure alignment with original architectural plans.
- Troubleshoot site-specific design challenges and propose effective, cost-efficient solutions.
- Ensure all project designs adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project design, site supervision, or interior construction.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and building systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving site-related issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple project timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
