Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire design development process from initial concept through to final project delivery.
- Lead and mentor a design team, providing guidance on technical standards and project methodologies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
- Review and approve detailed design drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Identify potential design risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate operational disruptions.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project design or a similar supervisory role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and technical design regulations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be stationed in Bogor and travel as required by project needs.
