In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and project feasibility. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of commercial projects, ensuring they are aesthetically aligned with client expectations while remaining strictly within budgetary constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design concepts and floor plans for commercial retail spaces.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates for project tenders.
- Manage project documentation, including specifications, material samples, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards.
- Analyze project costs and implement value engineering solutions where necessary.
- Handle project budget tracking and report financial updates to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in interior design or commercial fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, local building codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional numeracy skills with high attention to detail for precise estimations.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and vendors.
