We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Development Engineer to join the dynamic team at Railway Assets Corporation. This position plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of our project development team. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of railway asset projects, from initial feasibility studies and design to implementation and handover. As a Project Development Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project development activities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for new railway projects.
- Prepare project documentation including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Support the preparation of tenders and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in project development or engineering, preferably in railway or infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills with knowledge of PM methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other engineering software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an advantage.
