Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects from conception to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, specifications, and engineering drawings
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for mining projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders
- Identify and implement cost-effective engineering solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project development or engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of mining processes, equipment, and technologies
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
