In this exciting role, you will drive business development initiatives, manage key accounts, and oversee project execution across the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will contribute to expanding our market presence in the protective and marine coatings sector.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position offers a competitive salary range of RM 9,500 – RM 14,000 per month. You will be responsible for leading the project development lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and technical knowledge of protective coatings. You will report to the Business Development Director and work closely with technical teams, marketing, and supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the Protective & Marine segment in Southeast Asia.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, partnerships, and tenders.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee project execution, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
- Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or project management, preferably in coatings or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of protective and marine coatings industry trends and applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
