Join the City Government of Cadiz as a Project Development Officer I and contribute to impactful urban initiatives in the Bicol Region. - Conduct feasibility studies and needs assessments for urban development projects

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in project development or municipal administration
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and documentation standards
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Philippine civil service regulations and procurement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional government teams
