- Monitor and track all project progress against established timelines and milestones
- Implement and maintain strict cost control measures to ensure project profitability
- Oversee the permitting and licensing process for all development projects
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior management
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve project issues
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery
- Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project development or real estate
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, permits, and licensing requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience with cost control and budget management
