Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for large-scale engineering projects
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget targets, and delivery timelines
- Oversee cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications
- Develop comprehensive project plans with risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record with high-value engineering projects (>RM10M)
- Strong expertise in budget management and resource allocation
- PMP or equivalent project certification required
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
