UNIC is seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead our horizontal infrastructure initiatives. This leadership role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with expertise in managing large-scale civil engineering projects. As Project Director, you'll orchestrate project lifecycles from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for horizontal infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project milestones
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with government agencies, stakeholders, and community representatives for permits and approvals
- Implement rigorous quality control systems and safety protocols on construction sites
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Prepare detailed progress reports for executive leadership and client stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Valid PRC license as a Professional Civil Engineer (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in horizontal infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Proven track record of managing ₱50M+ infrastructure projects
- Expertise in construction methodologies, contract administration, and FIDIC standards
- Strong knowledge of Philippine engineering codes and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
