In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the driving force behind the execution of mission-critical strategic initiatives, ensuring that all projects are aligned with our long-term business goals while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
As the Project Director, you will bridge the gap between high-level executive strategy and day-to-day execution. You will mentor a team of project managers, refine our delivery methodologies, and champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the enterprise PMO function, establishing best practices for project governance, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Direct the end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and KPIs.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to senior stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Manage large-scale cross-functional programs, coordinating efforts between local and international teams.
- Develop and implement standardized PMO methodologies, frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
- Drive a culture of excellence by mentoring junior project managers and fostering professional development within the team.
- Analyze project performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process optimizations to increase delivery velocity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or PMO Director capacity.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget, enterprise-level initiatives in an international or BPO environment.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
- Superior analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
