Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of all structural building projects from conception to completion.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance across all departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong technical background in structural design principles, building systems, and construction methodologies.
- Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects within budget and on schedule.
