In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating conceptual designs from architects, engineers, and project managers into highly accurate, technical drawings and plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit based on architectural and engineering concepts.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and scope of work.
- Revise and update existing drawings to incorporate design changes, site modifications, and as-built conditions.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with Singapore building regulations, authority standards, and company guidelines.
- Manage and organize digital drawing files, maintaining a structured, up-to-date document control system.
- Conduct site visits and measurements when necessary to verify dimensions and ensure drawing accuracy.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to resolve design discrepancies and technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Drafting, Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in technical drafting, preferably within the Singapore construction or facility management sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; hands-on experience with BIM (Revit) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of structural, architectural, or MEP drawings and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications and design briefs.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented project environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple drafting tasks concurrently.
