Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee electrical systems for high-rise residential and commercial developments
- Prepare technical specifications, schematics, and installation drawings using AutoCAD/Revit
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with PEE standards and building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Manage electrical project budgets and timelines while maintaining quality standards
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable electrical practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all electrical systems and modifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (with PEE license)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate/construction electrical projects
- Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and international standards
- Experience with medium-voltage systems and building automation systems
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- LEED certification or green building experience preferred
