In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations in the Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang areas, ensuring that our technical projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and high-quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor technical project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to align on project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates for management.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
- Supervise on-site technical activities and manage resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure all project work adheres to engineering best practices and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or site supervision.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead site teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang regions.
- Fresh graduates with high potential and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
