Tanggung Jawab
- Review, prepare, and manage project budgets to ensure financial viability
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with clear milestones
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives
- Oversee engineering drawings, documentation, and compliance standards
- Manage procurement processes, vendor selection, and supply chain logistics
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and quality assurance activities
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in automation/industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Singaporean engineering standards and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous
