Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, scope, and quality requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, performance, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Perform quality control and assurance to ensure project outputs meet required standards and specifications.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project management role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or other project management certification is a significant advantage.
