Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project lifecycle planning, execution, and closure within budget and timeline constraints
- Coordinate electrical/electronic engineering teams to ensure technical specifications are met
- Develop detailed project documentation including risk assessments and progress reports
- Oversee resource allocation and vendor management for engineering components
- Implement quality control measures and compliance with industry standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to align project objectives with business goals
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new engineering solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in engineering environments
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian engineering regulations and safety standards
