Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Plan and coordinate work schedules in accordance with the detailed work program
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and resolve potential issues or delays that may impact project timelines
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
