Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery for ICT‑related engineering initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to define scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, status reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while promoting continuous improvement practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in project coordination or engineering design.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn emerging ICT technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
