Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to successful completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and site personnel, to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure all engineering projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct technical site inspections and evaluations to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, progress summaries, and project documentation.
- Resolve engineering issues and technical problems that may arise during the project phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
