Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sales and project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final project handover.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, project schedules, and progress reports.
- Develop high-quality presentations and design mock-ups for client proposals and internal reviews.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and actionable follow-ups.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
- Coordinate between internal departments and external vendors to streamline project workflows.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks through proactive problem-solving and technical oversight.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in project management or coordination roles, preferably within an engineering environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead meetings and present to clients effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate concepts into professional mock-ups.
