Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless project delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for technical and operational challenges
- Prepare project documentation including plans, reports, and technical specifications
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or similar role
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD) and engineering tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex technical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Knowledge of Singaporean engineering standards and regulatory requirements
