Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams for seamless execution
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and progress reports
- Optimize manufacturing processes through engineering solutions
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for procurement and logistics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean)
- Proficient with CAD software and technical documentation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) is advantageous
