Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to ensure adherence to technical specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports to identify potential bottlenecks or safety concerns.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, compliance reports, and material procurement records.
- Analyze project performance data and implement corrective measures to maintain budget compliance.
- Liaise with vendors to source materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Support the Project Manager in administrative duties and technical briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or site engineering.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, or MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and building codes in Singapore.
