Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in fabrication/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and quality control standards
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with Singaporean engineering regulations and safety protocols
