Tanggung Jawab
- Manage design developments, tender submissions, and procurement processes to align with project requirements and timelines.
- Oversee site execution works, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and LTA authorities to resolve technical issues and obtain approvals.
- Supervise diaphragm wall (D-wall) construction activities, including installation, testing, and quality control procedures.
- Lead site teams during night shifts to ensure continuous progress and adherence to schedule.
- Prepare progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments for project documentation.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and materials to optimize project delivery and cost efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural projects, preferably with LTA or government agencies.
- Strong knowledge of diaphragm wall (D-wall) design and construction techniques.
- Proven ability to manage design, tender, and site installation work packages simultaneously.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as required by project milestones.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for interfacing with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
