Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project implementation including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and budget parameters
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in construction or industrial sectors
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of local engineering standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable
