Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of projects.
- Monitor project progress and milestones, implementing corrective actions to keep schedules on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and report project status.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and quality control processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Valid work pass (e.g., EP/S Pass) for Singapore is preferred.
