Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization.
- Monitor project progress, track performance, and report on key milestones to relevant parties.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, specifications, and progress updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in project engineering or project management roles.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
