Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and supervise engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare and review detailed project plans, blueprints, and cost estimates using advanced engineering software.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and government agencies to secure permits and approvals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
- Resolve technical issues and design conflicts on-site, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and present updates to clients and senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Civil Engineer (passed the PRC Board Exam for Civil Engineering).
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a Project Engineer role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, SketchUp, and other project management tools.
- Strong understanding of Philippine construction laws, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Pasig City and travel to project sites as required.
