Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of construction site activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure work meets project specifications and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports, inspection logs, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues arising during the construction process to minimize delays.
- Manage material procurement and ensure efficient usage on-site to control project costs.
- Facilitate effective communication between the engineering team, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in construction is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to be based in Jerantut, Pahang.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
